适用性: This Policy applies to all Johnson County Community College (“赌钱app可以微信提现” or the “College”) applicants for employment 和 employees.

目的: The purpose of this Policy is to avoid actual or perceived unfair treatment of employees resulting from familial relationships, including actual Conflicts of Interest 和 Perceived or Potential Conflicts of Interest, 如 Conflict of Interest Policy 431.00, in 赌钱app可以微信提现’s employment practices.

"Family Member” shall have the same meaning as in the Conflict of Interest Policy 431.00, 和 for the purposes of this Policy, also includes a gr和parent, 配偶之父或母, sibling-in-law, child-in-law, 和孙子.

声明:

It will be considered a Conflict of Interest, 如 Conflict of Interest Policy 431.00Code of Ethics Policy 114.02, for an employee or member of the 校董会 (“Trustee”) to participate in or influence the recruiting, 招聘, 评价, promotion or disciplinary proceeding of a Family Member, or for any applicant to be hired who would have a Family Member serving as their direct supervisor or serving in their direct line of supervisory authority. When such circumstances arise, the employee shall follow Section II 和 Section V of the Conflict of Interest Policy 431.00 or the Trustee or Designated Officer, 如 Code of Ethics Policy 114.02, shall follow Section II 和 Section V of that policy.. 

No person who is a Family Member of a current Trustee shall be hired as an employee of the College. If an employee has a Family Member who becomes a Trustee, that Trustee will act in accordance with the Code of Ethics Policy 114.02.

If employees become Family Members during their employment at the College 和 such relationship violates the provisions of this Policy, the College will review the situation on a case-by-case basis 和 make appropriate reassignments. If the College is unable to accommodate reassignment, the College may require that one of the employees end employment at the College.
